  1. Boots are required for approval of this costume.
  2. I wanted to add that the references in the game are supported by the 3D references such as statues and figures. Also, no, there is no official number of pleats, so long as they are in the split skirt style and not a solid skirt all around.
  3. Great to see new characters being built towards the detachment. Keep up the good work!
  4. A little late, but grats on the masters!
  5. I've seen people find a matching color in a sheer fabric and double it up so that they still have SOME visibility between the painted details.
  6. So long as you paint the yellow threads and add the strap over the top of the foot, these will work.
  7. Late response as I've been traveling, but the good place to check on IK stuff would be here: http://www.theflagshipeclipse.com/forums/index.php?/forum/91-imperial-knights/
  8. This looks great! Maybe @Zoomi can chime in with any advice as she is a wonderful Maladi!
  9. Nobody has done anything with it from what I recall.
  10. Great job! My only advise is to look into replacing the strings with straps on the rings of the lower ab plate, and wearing the skirt higher so it sits at the ankles.
  11. She's definitely more of a strawberry blonde, so I'd go with the last one! Top is lookig nice!
  12. A little wider proportionally than the actual mask dimensions at the chin, but it will work.
  13. I am loving the new dark side users in the comics. I take it that this means you have a full 360 degree view of him through the shots?
  14. I have heard good things about Mynock's abs line, though I would have been partial to grabbing a set of the fiberglass. Hopefully others can chime in on what they used.
  15. I'm pretty sure this is just a fan-made file.
  16. Excited to see the result! You can post your WIP here when you are ready to start. Also included in that sub-forum are quick links to the available Acolyte reference images and the 501st CRL.
  17. If you can manage to get a hold of one of Mynock Den's kits, they are by far, the best I have seen for sale. You can contact him on his ETSY here or at his website here.
  18. He wasn't in his previous castings. After a member of my Garrison bought his stuff and showed me what it looked like, she went back to him and he contacted me to get the helmet fixed. Since then, his new helmets are a LOT better.
  19. I am not sure of the vendor name, but David Skarratts in the FB Sister group worked with me to get his sculpt for the helmet to 501st standards. The quality of the actual cast or the armor, I am not sure of, but I know pretty much every publicly available SS helmet cast and file have inaccuracies from what I have seen.
  20. Colors and details much match the references.
  21. Side of the dress is where my idea was, as well. It could go up to the sleeve armpit area and give you just enough space to squeeze in.
  22. Depending on how you have the wraps done, you can make a bracer form out of plastic that the wraps attach to at the wrist and the forearm. Even if you wrap yours each time, you can permanently attach them to the bottom ring, then have a velcro or similar system to attach them to the upper ring.
