I have no idea where I got them. I actually think I just searched Ebay for men's black square toe until I found a pair I liked, then I went over them with white shoe polish and a paper towel to get the grey effect. Granted, I found them 5 years ago at this point. They actually had a strap at the top, but I removed it and added the strap at the arch.

With the brand new inclusion of Galleries to the CRLs, I am going through every single CRL and adding one, regardless of if the rest of the CRL is completed. The easy (yet time consuming) part is adding the new gallery reference images. The not-so-easy part is getting photos for the costumes that still need photos filled. Also, can you send me a link to where you can get this mask? The text is too small for me to read, but I want to add it to my list of makers for when I get asked where to get accurate KOTOR II masks.

Also, we are working to get them all updated correctly an accurately! We work with the LMOs, so when you have two teams that are swamped with to-do lists, things don't always go as quickly as planned/hoped for! But we are getting there, and our Mentors are DEFINITELY a great asset and tool to utilize regardless of CRLs as not every person is a cut and paste for each item!

Fasteners can be an absolute pain. Looks great, though!

Yay! Points! Just a heads up, I added the part to the CRLs for the square/rectangle thing on the back of the gloves. Photos will be going up shortly for it.

Make sure you keep the hood/cape part pulled back over your shoulders!

Since it gets confusing depending on which point of view people are talking about, just remember that as you are wearing it, your left side should be on top of the right side.

Yes, it is in editing phase. The photos that were going to be used were lost before upload. If you look at my WIP, you'll be able to see things as they should be. Please, PLEASE do NOT do pleats on your shoulders or in the back of the hood when you make your soft parts!

My favorite one to date is a dad who, when trying to explain who I was to his young son, called me, "That one Jedi dude from the Battle of Endor".

The parts not in direct light show it really well! I think it looks great.

The armor has straps that feed through holes in my shirt so it's a seamless/strapless looking system.

Camera phones are not good for capturing that sort of thing, but I see the weathering. Looking really good!

You know, there is a certain Savage CRL that could do with having photos taken and used in it after approval...... Just sayin'.......

I used regular craft paint on mine. So long as you aren't covering huge areas with solid sections of the paint, it works pretty well. You can also slightly sand the pleather and it will give the paint more grip. Just don't go too crazy or you will get spots instead of grime.

Communication is key! Glad it worked out in the end, at least.

Too bad in this hobby the, "hard" aspect of it sometimes turns out to be just basic financial transaction malfunctions. Being ripped off shouldn't be a factor in the difficulty of making awesome costumes!

Never received a notification for this one, but the shoulder area under the hood is actually NOT pleated. It is gathered in sections.
