  1. Nice to see you in here too, Anton As I also wrote to you on facebook - I really like your mask and the detalis are very nice, can´t wait to see it finished...
  2. I hope it helps - yes it was
  3. Here is a link for my album on Photobucket with the buld for my Darth Traya - there is a couple of pics with the headpiece. I´m going to make a snap closure in the back of it - right now, it´s only got a elastic strap. But it´s a hell to get it over my head with the wig on - usually I need to try 2-3 times, before it sits okay. With a snap I can put it on and close it without problems - so I will encourge you to do the same I hope that it helps - here is the link : http://s1246.photobucket.com/user/Heidi ... t=6&page=1
  4. Yes that I can do - I´ll take some later on and put a link up for the pics for you
  5. Hi Not yet - I´ll try and send her an email again about it... But since she hasn´t replied, I doubt, that I´m allowed to put her name in here
  6. You´ve done a really great job on this - it´s not an easy costume to make, well done

  9. It´s an awesome looking costume ! Do make a CRL and put it in for our DL
  10. Thanks But I have to ask the maker first, if I may do that... I´ll let you know.
  11. Hi Josh Greetings from Denmark Welcome to the Flagship Eclipse - here you´ll find a lot of great info and you´ll be able to get a lot of help from our members. Looking forward to see another great Sith Acolyte ...
  12. Hi and welcome Looking forward to follow your build
  13. You can get balaclavas in all sort of fabrics, many use them for different sorts of sports, both winter and summer - the one I use is made of thin lycra, streech fabric - Ninja style. But it´s all up to you - don´t know, why you have your head set on a hijab, when you have to make a lot of mods on it instead of buying a balaclava for way under the price for the hijab, and where you "only" need to cut the face hole a bit bigger. Here is a link for a balaclava = thin fabric, for only 2.35$ and free shipping : http://www.ebay.com/itm/ULTRA-THIN-SKI- ... 5662a6a62a
  14. Well, if I were you, I would buy a Balaclava and mod. that one, if you can´t afford to buy the fabric for making one from scratch. You do know, that you will need to get leather for the headpiece and belt also and fabric for the dress, shirt and glove ? As for a 501st. approval, you need good material and they don´t come cheap... but it is all up to you off course, how you want to make it, I´m just giving you some advice...
  15. Welcome Just made the Darth Traya myself and no a hijab can´t be used, because it wont sit as tight as a wimple do... I actually toke my balaclava from my Biker Scout armor and used that as a basic for my pattern, I used thin lycra streech fabric, cut it like the balaclava and cut a bigger hole for the face Pattern for balaclava : http://www.pinterest.com/pin/226235581256409718/
  16. Hi Good progress For the veil, you need to make seams from the front and a little down the sides to make it lay more flat - try and take a look at, how Aysel did hers, she also made my veil : viewtopic.php?f=30&t=1879&start=60
  17. It looks really good, though the red, as you also writes, looks to bright for the red belt Let´s see, how it turns out
  18. Hi and welcome There are some great build threads in the section for the Visas Marr costume, that you can take a look at and get some great tips from. I´m looking forward to follow your build - have fun, good luck and do ask for help Cheers
  19. And I got approved - big thanks for all the help
  20. Hi Very nice project you have here - I don´t know much about this costume, so I can´t help much, but I can put your question up in the mentor section and see, if someone can help with this
