Great to know, I'll go a head and send him a PM. I've wanted a saber since I was a little kid(a nice saber that is). I think it will also motivate me to get the rest done. Plus I'd like to have it for Boston Comic Con and the John Williams concert in August. I'm searching ultra sabers right now and... SO MANY OPTIONS/LEVELS!!! Do you happen to have any pictures of the two you mentioned?

Also I'm not too familiar with non film sabers. Are there any on the ultra sabers sight that will work for Nihilus, do they come with blades? Thanks again!

Any pictures you are willing to take for reference would be great! It'll probably be a while until I start due to the fact that I'm getting married in October and I don't think she'd like to see any extra funds going elsewhere It is possible that I could do little bits here and there before hand though...

Ok, so I've found my fabric thanks to Scott's tutorial. From what I can tell this whole thing is made from only the one fabric, correct? Also any tips on how to make a head form without using fiberglass?

Thanks for the feedback. Could you suggest some other place to look for pre built costume pieces? The only other place I saw was cosplayhouse and it doesn't look ver nice. What would you say the average cost of this costume is? I'd like to do it over a year, year and a half tops and stretch it out. I find that when I try to sew(a handful of time) I spend money on material and screw them up so I'd really just like to have this made instead of making it myself. Thanks for all the advice.
