    Also, the belt buckle pictured in the CRL is way too large compared to reference photos and is not in line with what the CRL verbiage reads. I think the vinyl/leather boot coverings should be acceptable, with hard armor covers as a level 2 requirement, but EVA foam should be a definite no-go.
