Has a proposal been made before to create a CRL for Sharad Hett (father of A'Sharad Hett)?

 

I would be interested in being the guinea pig for creating this if it could be considered.

First step would be to validate that they, do, in fact meet the requirements of being an antagonist character in the story, and then validating that a full 360° of cohesive details are available. If both of those can be done, then we can look at the character being added to the 501st and Detachment. 🙂
