Problem withDarth Nihilus Costume

Hey Guys.
Since I've always had lack of sewing skills, I ordered a really expencive custom handmade Darth Nihilus costume.
A few month later, I received a vest, a tunic, a mask, a belt, and a reeeeeally huge piece of fabric. It's wider than I am tall and has a seam but no string in it. and I really have no idea what to do with it. It should be usend as the skirt but if I wrap it around 2 or 3 times it looks ridiculous and I cant fix the ends together. Also it should be a litte gap in front. The guy who made this costume now dosen't answer my questions anymore and I have no idea how to wear this thing.
So if one of you guys have the same thing, please help me and tell me how to wear this.

this is the skirt.

Run a leather belt through it until the whole skirt is on the length of the belt.  It will be bunched up a bit, but it should hang decently.  If that is from My Wicked Armor you're going to need a second tunic to get approved.

My outer skirt on my Nihilus is twice my height, you want a lot of fabric for good bunching and flow. I have a loop sewn into the top of mine and I run a leather belt through it. So rather than have it wrapped around you multiple times, you want it to be all bunched up and go around once with the split in the front. Hope that helps!
