Blakedress

Hey Guys. Since I've always had lack of sewing skills, I ordered a really expencive custom handmade Darth Nihilus costume. A few month later, I received a vest, a tunic, a mask, a belt, and a reeeeeally huge piece of fabric. It's wider than I am tall and has a seam but no string in it. and I really have no idea what to do with it. It should be usend as the skirt but if I wrap it around 2 or 3 times it looks ridiculous and I cant fix the ends together. Also it should be a litte gap in front. The guy who made this costume now dosen't answer my questions anymore and I have no idea how to wear this thing. So if one of you guys have the same thing, please help me and tell me how to wear this. desperatet greetings from Germany, Ben. this is the skirt.
