Chris is reported to have passed away yesterday, 3rd of February 2014 from a diabetic coma.

 

I spoke with Chris just four days ago. He wanted to use this image of himself for his detachment portrait in memory of his beloved hound Abby. Now, but suddenly, they are reunited.

Chris Skiles of the The Star Garrison of the 501st Legion passed away on the 3rd of February, 2014. Though Chris was a relatively new member of The 501st Legion, he is known for his enthusiasm and had spoken of how eager he was to participate in his first official troop as a 501st Legion member.

 

It is with great pride that we now enter Chris’s name into the 501st’s Hall of Eternal Legionnaires.
