found this on the rebel legion forums.

 

its a guide on how to make Anakin's/Obi-Wan's belts from ROTS. But alot of the methods can be used when making a Nihilus belt.

 

alot of the stuff I never knew about when I made mine (shaping the edges, sanding the back, weathering the belt before dying etc) and after reading it, Im seriously considering buying new belt blanks and remaking the belt for my costume...

That is a great tutorial! Thank you for sharing it. They really know how to write up all of the little nitty gritty extra work that is involved with making the belts needed for Star Wars costumes. Fantastic!
