how do you go about doing that? I have a friend that will be crafting a Darth Zannah costume and she very much wants to be able to submit it for 501st approval. thanks

looks like all the former Flagships SL's have been removed from the flagship CRL page. I dont know where they put them?

although the change does not affect me, I can see those that it does being very upset with this, especially if they have spent money on items that show their SL designator a designator that the legion now wants to change.

Obi placement looks fine to me... a few things though... 1) the outer tunic could use some more weathering. Mine had more than that and was deemed "barely enough" 2) the outer tunic is supposed to close the other way (left over right) 3) maybe trip up your cape so it doesn't drag the ground. I had to shorten my cape and resubmit pics cause the cape drug the ground by maybe an inch. 4) I'm guessing that's just a placeholder belt? I like your ears though

found this on the rebel legion forums. its a guide on how to make Anakin's/Obi-Wan's belts from ROTS. god why does this process have to take so bloody long? I sent my first pics in on the 2nd. on the 12the I sent in updated pics (they wanted me to make the knot bigger, shorten the back of the cape, and adjust how the cowl sat on my head) took my "GML" like 6 days to forward the pics up the chain (long story...) I was really hoping I could have gotten all this done by the new year, but it's looking like that ain't gonna happen.

The outer one could probably use some more weathering. The bottom hem line looks too...straight? The other pieces look really god to me. Also...ROTTWEILER!!!! My family has 7 rotties currently. And 5 that have 'become one with the force'

the belt should have 8 of them.

these are the studs I used from tandy leather: http://www.tandyleatherfactory.com/en-u ... 10-17.aspx already in the required color. my belt is 2" wide for the bottom and 3/4" wide for the upper belt. i bought raw belt blanks from tandy, died them black, aded a coat of matt leather finish (to keep the black dye from coming off). as far as how it's built, we've followed the CRL and Scottrooper's guide pretty much to the letter so far...

yea fixing the outer skirt is on the list of things to fix. my seamstress used two 45" panels sewn together but noticed after it was done that it didnt come close enough to the front. that will be fixed soon I may have her remake the sleeves all together (I bought 6 yards of cotton broad cloth)... and lengthen them to attach them farther inside the under tunic and to have some kind of tapering at the end by my wrists. cause I had issues getting all that fabric into my glove solo. had to have help with that. thanks for your input so far.

well the robes are "finished"! went to my Grandma's (seamstress) to try everything on. The only issues I really noticed were that the sleeves don't go 'in far enough' into the under tunic, as you can see in the pics. and the outer skirt doesn't come close enough to the center line of the costume. I set my mask up with a velcro elastic strap system. IDK if it will work, but I'll try.
