  1. As the title says. I have read the book after he has returned to the jedi order and I have some pics from the comic prior to his fall but haven't got any full head to toe shots of him. If anyone has any guidance it would be appreciated. Below is all that I have found.
  2. I did watch the cinematics on YouTube. 90% of the scene hs tunic looks charcoal, but the gameplay it's obviously white.
  3. I'm trying to lock down some pics of the Escape from the empirical costume. If anyone has any screen grabs of the front and back that would be greatly appreciate. The ones I find are from far away and fuzzy If someone also has a head to toe grab of the below costume that'd be cool too
  4. I started this costume in 2007 and basically abandoned it. I recently decided that I want to try sculpting so I thought why not start with Malak. Here is the result of 8 hrs work. It is obviously still rough but the basic shapes are there, still a great deal to do. Any thoughts?
  5. you've done an incredible job so far, this is exciting to watch come together.
  6. The soft sheet foam used for the cowl adds an incredible touch, awesome work
  7. Bounty Hunter You've done a GREAT JOB so far. THis is a very difficult costume. There are so many pieces, I've all but given up on mine. I get it out to work on it and it pisses me off so back it goes. I can't wait to see further pics
  8. I had a hard time with the back as well, to be quite honest is far from correct. I folded faux leather into pouches and snapped them down. The center piece I used the gentle giant bust and so it looks alot like a corset. It ended up being way to big, so I have re-size it. Here's a pic
  9. Here are a butt load more images taken from the game plus the Card art that came with TFU Ultimate Sith Edition. You can tell from the leg close ups that he is wearing black pants with brown wraps
  10. I posted a few in another thread but here are some, sorry for the quality.
  11. there are some adhesives, but depending on how thick the metal is. I've used some, but it was mostly to attached small pieces together. So I am not sure how well it would work on large pieces, plus you'd get a seam. You may want to try heat and bashing the metal, that way you can get the curve. Seriously though sintra might be an easier option (well depending on your metal working skill) it is relatively thick, it bends with the application of heat (heat gun or boiling water) and it sands/paints really well.
  12. really coming together nicely. It's gonna look awesome, and the best thing about sith edition is that you don't need the prosthetic arm. yah!
  13. Floppy spikes would only be scary if they were brack I think That's a good Idea Pam, thanks
  14. he has a black undershirt So I won't get into the whole debate in regards to the pants, I'll just make a decision and go with it. Second question and this is more of a trouble shooting costume construction question. I plan on using earth magnets to attach the spikes/blood spitters to the helmet. How should I "instal" the ones on his arms an shoulders so they stay put?
  15. Since I have not done a single thing with my Stalker since June 29th I thought it high time to dust of the project and get it going. With TFU sith edition, I thought I'd take a shot at the Tusken disquise version. The best thing is that the prosthetic arm is 99% covered and he has gloves. I made the tunic, arm wraps, sash, scarf out of a thick cotton twill. Erin and I spent and evening putting together 36 pouches (3 rows of 6 x 2), whey the heck does he need so many. Anyways, the question I have is the pants and boots. In the pictures I will post below, they look really dark brown. But when I play the game they look black. What do you guys think?
  16. I like it, rugged and worn stuff always looks cool.
  17. I don't know what this does for eligibility but here's the trailer for the expansion. Significant differences in the Stalker
  18. Here is some of my input, I'm not going to go into agonizing detail about each piece. Must Haves: 1. Helmet : -A Thin T shaped visor, with a Boussh esk mouth (metal colored, metal colored layered circular disk over the sides of the head. The face and the head should be an army olive color with two vertical white lines that come to small triangles above the eyes (the don't go across the whole visor) 2. A ribbed Neckseal 3. Shoulder armor with a raised lip (not sure how to phrase that). Dull metal look. 4. Upper Arm armor (must be layered, or strips), Dull metal look 5. Rib Armor that curves towards head into a point (must have the same layered look as the Upper arm armor), Dull metal look *NOTE: none of the armor of helmet pieces should have the pristine just out of the box look 6. A flak Vest (black), the Vest must have a vertical seam down the front middle and a horizontal seam midway down the front. The front of the vest should end just below the pectorals or at the bottom of the sternum. The back of the vest should be no lower than the shoulder blades. 7. Two black vertical strips weaved in and out of the armor and go down the back. 8. In between the two strips on the back is the black Corset thing (not sure what to call it) it should have a pouch and a U - shaped pieces coming from the neck going over the flak vest. It should have three pouches coming from the waist. ( No Gaps in the belt) 9. A black strip belt which should begin where the flak vest ends, and go to the waist. 10. Black Webbed belt (5 pieces) with are interconnected and riveted in the front, but should come together at the hips. 11. The Black Skirt should be in 4 pieces and should be worn at the hips underneath the solid belts. (Width and length of each panel will depend on the wearer) All for pieces have a dark seam (recommend bias tape) around them. The sides and back panels have a tribal design in the same gun metal color as the 'seam'. This should be made from a bit heavier material, so there is some weight, but not so heavy that it doesn't flow. -the back panel is just off the ground (1/2 - 1 inch) and should cover from inside of the hip bone to the inside of the other hip bone -the side panels should be no more than 1/2 in to 1 inch shorter than the back panel -front panel should come below the knees but no lower than mid shin 12. Black pants 13. Boots that go up to just below the knees 14. Foot plate (much like Jango's) 15. Finger blades on all fingers (not the thumbs) 16. Right bionic or Robot arm. This arm has torn flesh over a bionic arm and hand. (how much of the bionics showing depends on the reference pic) 17. Not sure what the stance is on lightsabers, do costumes need to have weapons to be approved? If so here: Two lightsabers attached on the lower back, two attached on the left hip one more towards the front, one more towards the back. The right Hip has two hilts one store horizontally the other being the hilt or light saber the Stalker uses 18. A wire pony tail coming from the back of the helmet Sith Stalker Should Have (The lightsabers can go in this section as well.) -The back lightsabers should be a half darth maul and ANH Vader, I can't get a good enough pic of the other sabers to give details. -An LED on the back of the flack vest just below the neck. -Red Tattoo under his right bicep armor pieces Not sure what to put for the recommended section, and I probably forgot a great many things but it is a start.
  19. The neck seal is a semi rigid plastic, although I think it looks great, it is one of the first things that will go in the garbage. It caused me huge amounts of pain and I have 0 mobility in my neck. I wore the stalker for a charity parade event and I have never experience so much pain as a result of a costume. I made it to the end of the parade but was out of the costume in 2 minutes, not even lying. The helmet needs to be fixed as well. EDIT: spelling
  20. Yeah Pam that made me laugh. As for the design my wife actually drew and painted them on. And the outside is just died bias tape
  21. Well hopefully I'll have him done by then
  22. Just a "few" more things to do 1. Android Arm 2. Proper Hanging belts 3. Boot plates 4. Plethora of lightsabers 5. Finishing details PLus I have to make the ab belts fit better and I need muscly arms, right now they're like toothpicks
