Darth Revan: Acceptable Boots

Greetings, I am currently working on a Darth Revan costume and found some boots I am hoping will work. Anyone able to comment on whether or not this would be approved by the 501st?

I use german officer boots for my revan not sure this ones will be clearable

My guess is they will need to be taller (if they glimpse the top of that boot even a smidge that won't be good). I'm not sure on the tread, I don't think the CRL has anything specific on that. They just need to be laceless, square- or round-toed, and in general non-conspicuous.

Those are a tad bit low most likely, in reality your pants would probably drape over so there's a chance they would be okay.

 

However, for the price-point you may as well get a different style. Those are nice but probably just not high enough.
