I was confused by it as well!!!

Still need to finish the cape, my hand plates are done, but need input on the back plate and anything else anyone can come up with, thanks!!!!

I am still working on the cape and looking for back references, but can anyone tell me if the back plate is supposed to be higher or ride this low.

Wow, I see this section has alot of very old posts. Some trouble that I found was that the CRL's on the Legion board are missing, so I can find no reference pictures etc from there. All I had to go by were some photos that I was able to find of Thomas, and nothing for the back plate, cape, and cape cap. I working on that right now, and will be then submitting it for approval.
