yes this is still the case, we can't make someone wear wear contact lenses if they physically can't. And we don't make the weapons that go with the costumes a requirement since not all countries laws are the same.

Thanks for getting back to me on that!

 

I've gotten most of my photos for the current state of the project uploaded in the other thread, but didn't want that question to get lost in amongst the pictures.
