Cheap Revan Mask

There has been a few mask builds lately which is great. I decided to replace my mask so I thought I would stick my build up as well so people could see a different approach.

 

I started with some card.

 

I then fiberglassed the inside and coated the outside in resin.

 

I used a cheap foam head and fibre glassed a small peace on the forehead. In hindsight this wasn't a great idea. the heat of the fibreglass wreaked the head. Oh well, it was cheap.

 

I stuck it together and used filler to smooth it out.

 

I then sanded and painted it.

 

Added a lens and a bit more weathering and there you have it.

Hello, I'm new to all this and decided to do a Darth Revan cosplay. I am most likely going to be making my mask out of clay or papercraft. Anyway I was wondering what you used for the visor
