Question about Nihilus KOTOR 2 upper body

I was wondering if anyone can give me some direction as far as his upper body? I have the cape and hood but what I am looking to do here is have someone sew me something that is long sleeve that will blend together with my hood and cape. Judging by the pics it looks like the long sleeves need to be a bit tight while the outter part needs to be loose. Any guidance or ideas at all on how I should go about doing this would be appreciated. I have the material already but just need to know how I should sew it so it looks good enough for approval.
