Columbus Sci-Fi Con (Sam Witwer Honorary induction)

On Saturday, October 10th, we held the Columbus Sci-Fi Convention and Toy Show at Columbus State University's Coca-Cola Space Science Center in Columbus, Georgia.

 

Our special guest for the event was Sam Witwer (Starkiller from The Force Unleashed video game.) During the event we had two autograph sessions, where Sam met people from as far away as Panama City, Florida, Pennsylvania and locally. We had numerous 501st members on hand to hang out with the crowd of people and to be present at the induction of Sam as a honorary member of the 501st.

 

Unfortunately, the plaque and badge are lost in the USPS mail, so we had to do our best with the merchandise provided.

 

I am awaiting the actual induction pictures from our photographer, but here are some of the pictures taken at the event.
