Hey guys just finished my armor for Darth Revan, made it with leather, it looks very cool and people likes it, i just got son thick foam and put son leather, i sew it on and made some details, first trouble i had was some wrinkles on it so i iron it, a a good temperture ( Sorry for my english). My mask is made of a plate of aliminium and i cut it and made the details using plastic poxi glue. I use a sand paper for details and paint it. Having trouble with my arms armour, i made them to small son im working on how to close them. I use velcro but it was a nightmirrow, so im going to make them a little larger son i can join one part with the other using velcro al along the armor.

Here is some of the process i made. For TFA i went with the suit for the premier of the movie. By the way i had to sew like a viking my arms armor, you can see it on the last ones of my pics
