  1. Hi TK Keith. Would you be able to let me know who in the UK GML I need to speak with ? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  2. So it has been a very very long time since I posted here. I am in the final stages of finishing off the sith acolyte. Armour is all painted up just need to add some hidden padding in the areas where shall we say "armour bites" are likely to occur as is the case with my RWA TK. I have a question though before shelling out £££ on incorrect robe. I wanted to double if not triple check before going ahead with purchasing robe from Etsy https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/958681431/star-wars-sith-acolyte-costume-100-wool So will the above robe meet 501st UKG approval and clearance? Second question neck seal. Want to get this from Darmans props is this also approved for 501st UKG clearance ? https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/533452618/swtor-sith-acolyte-neck-seal Looking to order these shortly if given the thumbs up. Hope to hear back from you soon. Take care and stay safe. TK44921 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  3. I haven't bought my robe yet no. It would be off Etsy store. Expensive but I am going to accuracy. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  4. If you have any further questions happy to advise if you like. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  5. Used three different colour paints. Then rubbed down slowly but surely with soft wire wool. Where you planning to buy your armour from ? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  6. Hi TK Kieth. I have been working on small bits here and there but I don't feel I'm at the stage where I can show much progress from my last update. I know that was some time ago now but as soon as I feel happy with the work I will post up more pics for feedback. Work has also slowed my build down a fair bit as well. Thanks for asking though. 7. Final set of pics for now. So far I am happy with the outcome and progress being made. Look forward to your responses. Thanks TK44921 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  8. Next set of pics following on from the last set. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  9. So I have had a little bit of spare time to work on the armour. Paint job completed and now onto the weathering / battle damage. Limited to how many pics I can upload at one time so I will be posting in sections so bear with me. First set of pics below. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  10. Sorry forgot to add. The picture in previous post is a sample pic from another WIP. I haven't weathered my abdomen plate yet. I just needed to know if it is right or not. Apologies for the multiple posts Want to get it right first time, rather than making a costly mistake. Thanks TK44921 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  11. Could also do with some clarification on the abdomen plate. Is this weathering to much on the centre of the abdomen section ? The dark section in the middle section of the abdomen? Or is this how it should look? Don't want to get it wrong as it would be a real shame to do so. So my question is leave it all silver and just weather it a little or rub right back down to the underlying black. Look forward to your reply to my question. Thanks again. 12. So I have started work on the paint job for my sith acolyte build. Interested to know your thoughts guys. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  13. Thank you for your comment TK Keith. It is taking it's time but I am aiming to do a really good job for this build. Still have a long way to go. Painting is next on the list but I am having to wait a while for the paints to arrive due to deliveries being prioritised. The paint job alone will take a few weeks to complete. Thank you. 14. Finally pictures of the boots and gloves I will be using in the costume build. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  15. Last but not least. Photo of the helmet. This was made by Taras at Mynocks Den and came completed ready to wear. The mask comes in two parts. Front section and back section. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
