i rebuilt the entire system so i no longer have this problem. my hood is now a cowl so it wraps around my chest and covers the shoulder bridge
-
hmmm where is your balaclava ? or is this a mannequin ? Did you lower the main ring ?
Revan ring is lower in the game than the one made by MWA must of us who purchased this kit have to lower the ring by adding longer leather straps
see mine below

If you look at this picture:
http://www.theflagshipeclipse.com/forums/index.php?/gallery/image/1829-no-caption/
You will see the larger metal parts on various belts. for lack of better discription, they are called 'slide clasps'.
They are non-existing metal parts which you will have to make/cut yourself out of metal (best use a thin aluminium plate). just like the D-rings and strap hook on belt 3 and 5. They do not have to be functional, but they can be used to cover possible seems where the belt ends join.
that is correct .. We made all mine from scratch using aluminium
you can see some of my images here

hope they can be of help for your build

Have you changed the clasps of the chest plate?
If you have a look at one of my post I believe some members have been posting links on there of where to find this clasps

Indeed
Generic Sith or fully costume made outfits is more for the likes of other club .. what was the name. ah yes the http://www.thedarkempire.org/
I highly doubt the 501st will allow costume outfits.
We do have Generic Jedi in the Rebel Legion but thats again another club and the standards are different
never the lest you can speak to your GML and GCO and see if there is a way to petition for this ..

Here is a link to my FB album you can see my Rings in there

as you can see in this image you see 4 folds in my arms
this are all fix to the sleeves they wont move and they wont wrinkle

absolutely by all means that saber is great and im just commenting as a personal opinion
-
Vaders vault is an amazing saber smith. Very happy with their quality
Only thing i didnt like from their Revan line up was the pommel
The Wookipedia and Game reference have the pommel the same color / slightly darker than the hilt
but Vader Vault pommel and Nocturn armoury / which is my saber maker has them black with silver squares

Send me a pm and ill put you in contact with the maker

And another good thing from using this type of wool i used . Outside troops are nolonger a problem with the wind my hood dosent become a parachute. Or the skirt flys up
My firts outside troop with the original matterial i looked like a parachute ill see if can find a picture and I'll share it
Updated with images
First troop wind and soft material makes your fly
My head looks like 4 times the size
@Andy cant wait to troop again with you bro I found this picture from last year
Your revan and My starkiller
might be hard to replicate that picture if we are both trooping the same character
we should do clones have rex and Wolfe for the first time out together
-
Awesome looking forward to a wet one skipper
-
I see the matterials of a costume the same way you see the materials of real life military uniforms
Dress blues is wool not cotton
Combats is heavy durable fabric not light weight material
This sith and jedi wear this as a soldier wears a uniform
So thats my stand on materials
Ideally the armor should be leather or bronce like roman armour after all thats what the designers wanted to reicate
But we are not there yet plastic will habe to do for now
-
Still waiting amigo

When are you back from the Sea? Andy
We need to have a chat at MEM looks like we are both doing Revan that day so we will have to take it in turns

Afew Images taken this 14 of Feb at a Comic con
A battle against OWK helped by a new found sith apprentice Bariss
and a bit of Fun at the changing room
a friend is looking to do a malgus looking type sith so he asked me to use this mask that lights up when you talk or breath

From Left to Right
Left first approval images after a few mods to make it clearable with the UKG
Middle Upgraded Mask and wool
Right is the way the wool falls around my face not the tent looking type of the original soft parts
the mask is the old one there but that image shows the new wool fits and wraps your body like it should in the game.
Using soft fabrics in my opinion makes it look like fancy dress rubies etc

i dont have a wip screenshot by screen shot. but what i did was to remove the ring by cutting the pleader from the ring. then I added new pleader longer replicating the original strap
I believe there are some images in my site
