Hi.
Look at the photo of my profile or have a look at my Instagram ones (mauri_ren).
I use a glue but the movements are not "so real". You can move the mouth obviously (open and close, for example), but they aren´t very noticeable when you speak. This is a "quiet" character ... just a glance is enough to scare hahahahaha

Hi.
As things to be improved, the gloves have to be lighter. See reference pics and the image on the CRL.
And remember that the GI doesn´t wear imperial boots. They are knee-high and greaves. Might be difficult to wear greaves with theese boots...

Hello everyone,
Looking for any more specifics on the belt and thigh armor sections of CRL. (CRL copied for ease of review)
Quick questions:
1. Is there any specific placement for the thigh armor on the belt? Is just the side of Trooper's thigh good to go?
2. Any specific requirements for the distance/space between the bottom of belt and the top of the thigh armor?
Thinking either a button snap set-up (between belt and thigh armor), or possibly velcro (if any adjustments needed)?
Appreciate any suggestions.
Have a nice weekend!
Thank you all.
Ian

No. Find the best for you. I use velcro. Snaps are a good option too!
2. Any specific requirements for the distance/space between the bottom of belt and the top of the thigh armor?
It´´s not in the CRL. Has to be at the same height.
Have a nice Monday!!!

Appreciate the feedback.
I am considering these two (2) fabrics for top and pants:
Fabrics look good, specially the first!!!

Hi!
Depending on the image and the moment you see the Inquisitor in the serie, his gloves are light grey or a darker one. To my mind, yours are good, although I’d rather use them lighter.

Apart from Davide from Italy, it’s me... I think...
In my case, I built it from scratch... nowhere to buy as far as I know...

I don’t think so, my friend. Parts must be built from scratch so that they’re adapted to your size. So is how I did!
good luck!

Yes Nina, this is the one that I have!

Good afternoon Mauri & Nina,
Appreciate the feedback.
Quick follow-up - Although Mr. Stephens is very helpful and responsive, he confirmed he cannot make the mask with moving mouth and required facial expression. His work is awesome, unfortunately this specific mask not likely to meet 501st approval requirements.
Mauri - Do you have any suggestions for vendor(s) or source(s) for 501st approvable Grand Inquisitor belt, belt buckle, and gloves?
Also - Do you know any 501st members or vendors who have 3D print files for Grand Inquisitor helmet and armor items?
Thank you again.
Hi again!
Belt, buckle and gloves were made by myself... there were no makers up to that moment. Now, I don ´ t know... Anyway you can try it!
As far as the helmet is concerned, I ordered it to a Mexican guy... he made from scrtach with a 3D printer and the finish is incredibly good.
The armor were fully made by me as well. There were only one Inquisitor when I started the proyect and had to deal with all stuffs...
Come on!!!

Absoltely agree with Nina. Anyway, the mask looks pretty good. Talk to the seller... maybe he could do it without eyes or cut them by yourself... as for the mouth, cut a bit more and glue it to your mouth. There must exist a bit of "expression".
Good luck!!!

Hi Fleasome!
In my opinion this option looks not natural. Anyway, wearing contact lenses is an option in this character so you don´t have to wear them.
To look more real, when you wear the mask try to use makeup around the eyes (black) and a bit of white in your mouth.
See ya!!!
