    Pouches?

I got these... not sure which one to use. either to go leather or fabric... What do you guys think?
  4. So I'm guessing this is not ok? These are what I would have as well so would love to hear your thoughts, comments and suggestions...
  5. Hi everyone! Just want to post my progress here hopefully when I'm done with the armor, the CRL would be up already! So I got a second hand kit from a garisson mate over here in Singapore... Not sure of who is the maker but it would be helpful if I can contact the person since I am having some sort of a road block on the thigh pieces... Anyway I decided to build this one from the ground up starting with the boots... bought an industrial pair and glued the velcro on... Next are the shins, now this one took a loooong time. started working on it since late december but only for short periods of time though... Then filler... After sanding had my hand at painting!!! thats all for now more updates later...
  6. Agreed on the lightsaber as optional. Mask would be pretty straight forward if we concentrate on the regular Sith Acolyte warrior.(grey no red trimmings) next after the mask/ headgear would be... Neck seal or neck armor? The way I look at it, it is more of a neck armor, similar to the Vaders... what do you guys think?
  7. Do you have the gauntlet and handplate for sale?
  8. Any pics or reference on how to join thigh pieces?
  9. I think that ribbing has been covered by darren in this thread... viewtopic.php?f=92&t=2094&start=285 I am also doing a sith acolyte armor and my plan is to make a vest similar to a jango but it will be made of a cloth material... Right now just slowly doing the repair of my kit as I got a second hand one. I am ready to paint but I'm still doing research on how to go about doing it... Will post in this thread once I make considerable progress...

The end product More to come shortly. Hi Everyone! I am just about ready to paint...(dread) Just curious, how did you get the black lines? was the piece base coated with black then masked when painting the mettalic? Or mettalic paint first then just draw the black lines with paint brush or something? Thanks for the help! (especially painting)

    Sith Acolyte

Hi Guys, What does "lacquer sealed" mean? And what is it for? I am currently in a possesion of a 2nd hand sith acolyte armour and reading through all the threads to get more info. I'm currently just cleaning up and re-glueing the pieces. bondo then paint would come next. Thanks for the time!
  12. Hi Guys, May I know what is the name of the cloth you got for the cloak? Is some type of fleece or cordroy?
  13. Hi darren, Im also working on a sith acolyte... Do you need a lightsaber to get approval? Or the armor and cloak will do? Great job! Following the threads here for my build!

So what paint did you use for this ones...?
  15. Did you purchase painted or you paint yourself? How is the fit? Are you able to wear the back head armor? My head measures 61cm circumference just above the brow ridge and im a bit unsure if I can fit the mask...
  16. Very NICE! I assume the mask is from slavepilot?

    Sith Acolyte

Well, slave1pilot has a nice high res image on his website which might help you out with that upper ab section, there is clearly some armour that links the chest to the lower ab section. (sorry I'm pinching your image here slave1pilot) The chest plate on this guy is definitely metallic black right? and his under armor dark gray? So is there something I dont know? Why are all the chest plates and undergarments of the sith acolytes ive seen so far done by the guys here not following? Please enlighten me...
  18. Thanks for sharing the files!
