Sorry maybe I'm incorrect but when I say it's not 501st approvable I mean it would fall under the Rebel Legion. Or am I incorrect and it would fall under the 501st?

The Jedi temple guard is an awesome costume but it wouldn't be 501st approvable though unfortunately.

First off welcome. Second you may want to check out Darth Nihilus. He's a pretty Sith Lord with an awesome mask and killer looking robes. There are even two different versions of him. The one from KOTOR and the COTF version which in my opinion is a whole lot cooler.

Hey all. I've got kind of a stupid question. I've pretty much finished the bottom half of my Sith robes Starkiller and was wondering. Will a covertec clip be required for approval even if I don't have a lightsaber?

Very helpful thanks. I am looking at the KOTOR version and I did notice that the robes didn't look quite as full as they should be but I wanted to check to be sure.

First off Welcome to The Flagship Second there are a lot of great people on here that can help you with your problem. One method I've seen done on here with other Starkiller costumes and elsewhere is to take poster board and cut out a template of what you are trying to make and then use fiberglass and bondo to cover each piece. Just a little friendly advice.

I'm no expert On this costume but it looks pretty dang good to me. Hopefully someone will weigh in soon to give you a definate answer

You're looking at my favorite of all of starkillers costumes. I've been info gathering on this costume as well. So far the list of what would be required is as follows. Cowl Hood Neck seal Under shirt Tabards Gauntlets. They appear to be similar to clone wars style. Gloves Mid section armor Box of some sort that hangs on the armor Skirt Loin cloth Knee high boots Greaves Obi Belt 2 loose hanging belts that go under the obi [attachment=0]Dark Apprentice 10.PNG[/attachment] One thing I'm not sure about is in the end cut scene his clothes appear black but when using them in game they appear brown. If anyone else would like to weigh in on it I would appreciate it. Hope this little bit of info helps. I think I have a few more pics of this one. I will check and see

Hey all. I decided to put my Dark Apprentice robes costume on hold for a little while, while I work on my sith robes costume and I had a question. Hey all. I started a thread in the costume development section and haven't really gotten much interest so I figured I would post here and ask everyone that reads this one simple question. IS there any way to get Starkillers Dark Apprentice Robes From The Force Unleashed 2 Approved? This is the outfit worn by Starkillers perfect evil clone from the dark side ending of the game. I figure since several of Starkillers costumes costumes are already approved why couldn't this one. I would really love to do this costume as it is one of my favorites. I'm just wanting everyone's opinion. So please speak freely. Can't seem to get any feedback on this costume. Looking for thoughts on type of material to use for the hood and tabbards. You guys think it should be a heavy material like wool or something a lighter? Hey all I'm currently working on Starkillers dark apprentice robes from the dark side ending of The Force Unleashed II. Hoping someone might have some good screen captures of the costume of can give me some direction. I'm hoping to be able to build this costume and get it approved for the 501st. I have officially begun work on the Dark Apprentice robes. I got in contact with FOO over at the clone trooper detachment and he is helping me with the pauldron and cowl.

Thanks for the advice. I have actually been looking at the shoulder pauldrons that the sandtroopers use. A custom pauldron made the same way may work.

So I'm guessing no one has any interest in this costume?
