oh i have no problem sharing my work.. its just a pain in the A!$ posting pix, like i stated in my last post in the other thread im not really that talented on this computer thingy lol. i have some time tomorrow, so ill start a build thread for all the world to see. ill put up the steps and all the good stuff. i hope i can do this tomorrow if not it will be done by the end of the week

i have the basic patterns for the armor if you need them. i also used worbla / foam and wonderflex... if you need i can try to post pix ( not really good on this technical box of a computer lol )

well right now im using rattle can automotive/ enaml / and basic paints. i have a crap load of airbrush paints and my set up is crazy but i need tons of parts for my airbrushes so im just trying to blast em out before oct comic con in nyc. the rattle cans are working well with the material. just trying to find the perfect mix

absolutely, i totally agree. thats what i wound up doing in the last few days. i found a nice base i like. just trying to find the best mixture

ya thats what im doing now, but im better off burning the money or throwing it away... im just not satisfied with the colors ive chosen. thanks though

just got done doing my armor, i was wondering what the color of choice is for revans armor. i know its a type of copper but does anyone have the proper name or brand to use .

if you want that effect on certain parts of the armor, ill let you in on the process that im going to use. use mat/flat colored paint a few coats, then hit it with mat finish NO GLOSS. it works

sounds good to me.. ill post pix later on in the week to see if they are worthy

ya worbla and wonderflex is a whole new world for me lol i have the rought draft build for the armor, then im going to to use the worbla then reinforce it with the wonderflex then resin. i usually use glass/bondo but it becomes to cumbersome. i want to try and to lighten it up. this is my first build ever so im learning as i go. as for the mask i just used a pep file, trust me it works. it cuts alot of the guessing out of your eye placement lol

im unable to pick up the vacuum form, but i got a crap load of worbla and wonderflex. im going to try and make a pull with that. i also have a rough set up of the armor made with foam/fiberglass and bondo. im off for the next 5 days so i hope i can get some work done. on top of that the mask is starting to tweak my anger just a little bit lol its the details thats getting to me , but i appreciate the help

ya i was going to utilize the source because im in the middle of taken care of my armor. i have tons of supplies and im just trying to figure out what works best. on the the next threads lol

ya i noticed the other threads recently. all i saw was the kind of material for the cap/ hood but i didnt see what type for the red sash. im at the point where im ready to order my material so im trying to find the everything i need and order them at one shot

so i started to put together my gear slowly but surely. i almost have the armor completed ,already have my saber and some soft parts. so the question is what type of material is recommended for the cape/hood and sashes. red sash included. ive hit a point in the road where i have ZERO knowledge about this stuff. so all help is appreciated.

see i didnt have to be put on a waiting list, i was fortunate enough were he had some left over and im just adding my personal touch to them as well as his. ya it cost a little more then anything i would build on my own, but after doing the research and trying to find what i want, i soon realized that i SUCK at electronical stuff lol its literally like Chinese to me. also i dont have any other intentions on buying another saber anytime soon. soooooo i decided to let someone build it that knows what they are doing so it would turn out great. cause if i did it i would botch it up lol. plus im treating myself... so why the hell not on the update i should be receiving a pic/video shortly

well i dont know ldms policies about publicly showing his product without permission, but i can sure as hell garantee that as soon as i get this bad boy ill send as many pics videos as you want. PM if you like or the next time i speak to him in a day or two ill ask if its cool if i posted his product. ether way you will see his work and my baby within the next 2 weeks lol
