  1. As Revan I get
Kylo Ren and then told I have the wrong saber.
    Non canon kylo
    Vader
    Nobody in a proper costume
Muslim (normally by the older generation)

Best one though is when I get called the grim reaper.

  2. Depends on your size, the bottom of your front and back plates should be on your hips.

I tied them in a bow and then placed the armour on, then somebody to help untie and retie until they where level and in the correct place. That's why I changed it for webbing and clips as I don't need to worry about readjustment so anymore once on.

    Hope this helps

  3. Ignore last, using tapatalk and it didn't tell me the thread.

When I got mine it had 2 velcro strips on each side (bottom and mid section). On the top front and back there was some thread. Tie the thread together (front to back) and place onto shoulders. Then you can do the velcro.

I found the thread difficult to tie up and get it all level when on own so swapped it for webbing and clips.

  4. In the process of making a Malgus outfit here in England. Started it last summer hoping to have it completed for the last big troop of 2016. Missed that, new target was for the first big troop if 2017. Going to miss that so now aiming for June at the National Space Centre (it ain't NASA but it's a little piece of space history here in England)

Have had leather under suit custom made with the grey trousers and black top.

Armour currently being made out of foam, will be covering it with smooth cast 65d to produce that solid hard look.

For a screen accurate saber have used 3D cad to design a full scale version of the 1/16th saber. This is currently being printed and sanded so the electronics can fit inside.

Boots got from Mexico and using lifts for the added height (although I was reading an interesting thread on another forum about how tall Malgus is especially when you see him in the Jedi temple and compare him to the Jedi)

Seamstress is currently making the cloak, using monks cloth as I thought it gives a better and more realistic look than the other material suggested in the crl.
