Internal tube for the purpose of protecting the LEDs.

It`s not the best but i can go to see the new movie with all the Group.

NOTE: The TUSK on the mask have an accident... T_T

Sorry i dont understand good your message very good. I`m going to split the message for a better understanding.

      --> Ok, this is for the New Mask. You mean a little curved its ok? (I going to send a new image in a few ours)

Hi all,

Finishing the report of everything I did in this time of being missing, I would like to show the armor now.

We start with the design of the basic form in cardboard












Time to model and make the mold.









Time to use resin!






Unmold and see what can be fixed!










 

Now with this we have a basis to work and start modeling the armor.

Unfortunately I could not bring this piece in the move to Argentina since it took a lot of place and weighed a lot because I used a bad resin, but it was the best I got back then.

The good thing that I learned the things that I should not do.

Agustin Aguirre a friend of mine it´s helping me to Fix and made some convertion to this, the first model.

Hi all,

Today I want to share with you the gloves and the bracers.
Although the bracelets could not take them to Argentina I could in this test make several tests with neodymium magnets and the structure itself of the bracers.

Remember, this is considered as TEST, the final version I have to do it again.

By the way this gave me gave me many ideas for future costumes .... if yes ... I have thought minimos 2 more ...! (Insert evil laugh here)

 

Let's start by marking the tube for cuts.

Cut, tested and corrected error (I added a little more plastic on both sides to close well by my arm)

View of the total of the piece cut (Please ignore those marks with a marker, they are for another armor and an idea that came up for me later)

After joining everything, sand and put first, the final test is done.

 

 

 

Well, I hope you liked this friends that I shared with the greatest of tastes.
As in Argentina on Monday is a holiday, I say goodbye to you until a minimum on Tuesday and have an excellent weekend.

I could not show the evolution of the suit.
So I sent them the pictures of the costume and the cape and added at the end a small video that I made the dressmaker Yineth Urrego that helped me with the suit, she lives in Bogota, Colombia and is not only very skilled and recommended, he is an excellent person and I can not not mention his labor.

Hi again,

Im very happy today sharing this with you guys....
I do not want to be very annoying uploading this backward material, so I will go up 1 or 2 per day depending on the amount of time I have until I can leave all the photos uploaded as my suit goes now.

Now... its time of the O-Ring or Main Ring.
I'm going to put some pictures of the creation process of the ring echo 100% in 2 component resin.

No need for covertec wheel, as he never wears his light saber on a belt.  The only purpose for this is if you are going to mount a Lightsaber holder to a belt, so it can hang off a belt.

Im move the first Post to here because in the first post i wanna share the all progress of the works.
 

In this Post i´m try to send picture and ask for advise for my works.

I'm finishing the suit, due to the trip I had problems with finishing it, if it seems good while I talk to the person who receives the costumes here in Argentina.
If you agree... I like upload pictures and tell of the progress of my project.

On Sunday I will see one of the people of the Legion in Argentina and the other week I begin to contact me with the one who makes the reception process in this Garrison.

Hi all again,

Sorry my AFK state in the forums but this year have a lot of change and well, im not living more in Colombia, im back to Argentina and im re-starting the project of Revan.

Although my work was a little paused, I have been able to help Outpost Colombia in several missions and I have helped them as a yellow vest and photographer at the same time. They were very nice experiences and I really appreciate all the guys in that group.
I even miss them right now and I just left Colombia no more than 2 months ago.

I hope to upload periodic photos about the progress of the project that although some things were delayed, others had considerable progress.

As I explained in another Topic, after a long break for personal and family matters I can resume the project.

I was living for 5 years in Colombia and I met a group of very good people from the 501st Legion, it is for them that I finally decided to join this group, regrettably I had to return to Argentina and well now I'm back on the project but I will enter Garrison Argentina if everything goes well.

In this post I will be putting the general progress and the link of all the photos that have come out so far.

 

Status Report: at 11/10/2017

1 - Boots, Status 100%
     Ready for use

2 - Clothes, Status 100%
     Ready for use

3 -  Light Sabers (2 sables), Status 50%
     (In stand by until i certificate the Revan Character

4 - Gloves and Hand Plate, Status 80% 
     Ready for Paitning jobs

5 - Armour, Status 50 %
     I can´t ship it to Argentina. Start to made a new one from Zero (Agustin Aguirre help me)
     Take notes on the testing process and in the new version i going to corrects and modifies errors found in the previous version.

6 - Central Ring, Status 80 %
     Ready for Paitning jobs

7 - Bracers, Status 25 %
     Testing Jobs finished at 100%, i can´t ship it to Argentina, starting from Zero.
     Take notes on the testing process and in the new version i going to corrects and modifies errors found in the previous version.

8 - Mask, Status 25 %
     Break in the transport to Argentina. Start to made a new one from Zero (Agustin Aguirre help me)

Hello all !!!!!!

 

I need ask to THE Rancor Raiders Garrison a big favor! I hope some read this.

Talking with my future Boss and friend Yessid Ramirez (TK99988) he tell me beg... sorry... ask for help for some 501st ifthey can help.

I travel again to Missisippi in aprox 2 or 3 weeks to finish someworks with a client in: Jackson, Memphis, Greenwoodand the beatifull Hattiesburg.

 

Then i need ask for this help:

Somebody know where i can buy the armour for revan and the boots? cheap its possible and painted is not required, i wanna paint my self.

I´m build from ZERO this Revan, and i hope finish to the 4 of may...

 

My works with Darth Revan now is:

* Light sabers --- Need paint and ensamble them. status aprox 45 % (Both)

* Mask ------------ build base model. status 55 % aprox

 

I hope finish quick, but a little help its regarded.

Watching the video youll need to get a good 360 turn around.

 

is this image that states "bioware concept" is a 3d model made by someone as you know... if you could get an ingame version that "should be" enough to get you started. i myself own a SWTOR Revan costume and thats exactly how i got it approved. they put it into SWTOR.    But i had full 360 turn arounds. 

We basically cant allow people to "make up" what the back would look like. I love this costume and am a huge fan of revan. I hope you can find some more images

Well, im follower of Revan, i love this character and for that i want to made a propousal for made this character more DARK SIDE.

I´m actually working in the 2 lighsabers and the mask but i want to talk about the Armor.

My name is Christian, im born in Argentina but in December of 2012 i travel to live in Bogota, Colombia. Im fan of star wars since i have 4 or 6 years (i think, because i dont remeber well).

I´m start to build my uniform and i enter in this group to ask some assistance because im try to enter in the Colombia OutPost, i made many friends there 2 of them are Yess  and Chris (my "tocayo").
