[Learning Lightsaber Forms]

I'm surprised to not see this anywhere. Id like to study and learn the lightsaber forms. After doing some research, ive noted that Kendo/kenjutsu and broadsword fencing would be the most advantageous martial arts to learn. However, Is it possible to learn practical use of Juyo, for example, with only EU material or is it meant for more entertainment purposes? Also, where would I go to learn these skills in my local area?
