Hello,

 

Here is a Pep file for Darth Malak mask.

You will notice that it includes a bottom layer, cut a neck hole of appropriate proportion to fit you.

 

If I were to make this, I would either cut the bottom out completely, or split it into two section, and vecro hinge them to the inside of the mask sides, with seam straps. But whatever works, be creative.
