costume approval

As you can see from the other threads in this section, there are some Malak costumes in progress, but none have been completed that I know of. I believe it would be an approvable costume because he is a badguy and there are multiple references, but I'm sure the sticking point will be the accuracy and quality of the collar/jaw piece. For 501st purposes the costume hasn't been approved yet because there isn't a finished costume TO approve yet. Somebody has to finish one and get their foot in the door before it will be considered approved. We haven't written standards for it at this point. If you'd like to start some, you're always welcome to give it a go!
