KOTOR Nihilus lightsaber and high sole boots

Hello there. 
I am curently working on KOTOR Nihilus. I have almost everything covered but I need help with two things. So I come here in my time of need. 
1) I am not a very tall person, but to complete Nihilus's look I want to look menacingly tall....or at least few centimeters taller   So any idea where I could get aprovable high sole boots ? 
2) No matter how hard I try I can not find KOTOR lightsaber anywhere, I could probably deal with not having one, but a Sith needs his lightsaber  Anyone knows where to get one ? 
EDIT: These two look the closest to the pic in CRL would any of them be aprovable ?

OXsabers on facebook makes the best kotor 2 sabers, and look for insoles, they'll make you look taller
