Legion CRL Entry for Asajj Ventress: Sash Belt

Costume components:

1. Bald Head: The costumer's hair is shaved or covered with a tight-fitting bald cap. If a bald cap is used, the cap is tinted to match the color of the costumer's face, and the edges are blended to make them as inconspicuous as possible.

2. Makeup: The costumer's head, neck, and hands are very pale, with a grayish or white tone. Black triangular "tattoo" designs are located on the sides of the head. There are four triangles pointing downward over the ears, and two triangles pointing forward in front of the ears. Black makeup may be used to encircle the eyes. The lipstick is dark gray or black.

3. Collar: The collar is made of black leather or leatherette material. It has a pattern of horizontal lines that encircle the shoulders and neck. The neck of the collar is high and form fitting. The outer edge of the collar reaches midway across the shoulders. The edges are connected securely against the shirt, and do not hang loosely.

4. Shirt: The form-fitting shirt has long sleeves and is made of an off-white or pale gray matte stretch material. Slightly darker gray stripes may be included. Princess seams divide the front and back of the shirt into three sections each. Horizontal line patterns are designed into the shirt. These stripes may be present on just the front and back center panels and the arms, or they may be used over the entire shirt. Gray piping may be used to accentuate the princess seams and horizontal bands on the front of the shirt.

5. Forearm Wraps: The forearm wraps are made of the same material as the collar. The wraps extend from the wrists to just below the elbows.

6. Sash Belt: The belt has a diamond pattern that is off-white and gray or blue-gray in color. It is wide in the back, and tapers to a narrow width in the front. Two sash pieces hang from the front of the belt. Both layers of the sash include the diamond pattern, and both are floor length. The front buckle is a large round medallion. The buckle is metallic silver, and includes a decorative pattern. A pair of black leather belts with silver accents may be draped to hang over the upper thighs on each side. These belts are attached to the patterned belt at the center front and center back.

7. Skirt: The wide, flowing skirt is approximately ankle length. The skirt is very dark gray or black, and it is designed in two sections. The back section covers the back and sides. The front section is narrow, but still very full. The front of the skirt may open over the front of each thigh, revealing the leggings beneath.

8. Leggings: The form-fitting leggings are the same off-white or pale gray as the shirt.

Costume Accessories:

10. Gloves: Gloves the same color as the forearm wraps may be worn. If worn, the top edges of the gloves are hidden beneath the forearm wraps.

11. Lightsabers: The twin hilts resemble the established curved design for Asajj Ventress. They may be attached together into a double saber design, or they may be worn and carried separately. If the lightsabers have blades, the blades are red in color.
