Looking for advice for Starkiller: Concept Sith Robes

Hi all,

 

I am looking for advice for Starkiller concept robes. I was reading on the CRL that "Longer hair is accepted as long as it is completely concealed by the hood of the robe". I am reaching out to ask for advice from anyone who has this costume and if it is acceptable for a female to portray a male character. Thanks.
