Hi I am putting together a Sith Twi'lek costume. I have seen people say to use reel creations body ink. I am super new to body painting and have some noobie questions:

 

Is reel creations safe to use on your face?

Should I do a product test on my skin?

I live in Canada what's the best place to get it in Canada?

I'm looking for a red like Darth Talon's skin will I have to mix to achieve this?
