Hello everyone... I have been making helmets and pep files as well as 3d Modeling for some time I have only finished clone trooper armor as far as a full costume goes... I am wanting to finish my next one as Darth Malgus... I will be using pep files for the most part as well as my 3d printer to do some of the smaller stuff... That looks great. One question, though. How will you be holding it on?

 

Well there is a part in the back of the head.. I will be using a wire flex tube to go underneath some foam.. I will post pics very soon.. Thanks for looking.

Sorry guys.. Been crazy busy working on my Iron man Mark 40 3d print helmet.. I need to redo the vents on the malgus mask.. I decided to go with PVC pipes and now I will re 3d print the vents and I also found out I have to redo the buttons since I plan on making a red acrylic mold of it.. Ugh lol taking so much time.. I will more than be making a mold of it as well.. Here is what I will be wearing underneath it.

Sorry if i did not respond to this sooner.. on the back of his head there is a piece and if you look he also has tubing that goes all the way round to the back of his head.

Been a while since I added some pics on this.. Here is more on my malgus build.. This is now my #1 focus and will be done soon.. Here are my new progress pics.

The 3d printing armor looks amazing, I'd really like to see what you do paint wise to make it more metal I admire your level of ambition that's alot of armor to tackle. The work they did on characters in SWTOR are just crazy details.
