Found these gloves at goodwill for $9 they fit great and are well weathered like I want. Problem I can see maybe is the stitching is on the outside. Would these be acceptable?

Thanks for the info guys. I already purchased a mask from Scott and the crown that Scott recommends. Seems like I'll go with 19 yards of the silk from what you guys say.

Just finished my stormtrooper so its planning time for my nihilus costume. How have most of you put you mask and crown together? Could you post pics or ideas. Also I am getting ready to order the raw silk but I am not sure on the amount I should buy. I am about 5'7" 190lbs with a medium build. Thanks for any help!

Hey man im new as well and currently finishing up my stormtrooper for centurion status. Seems like your off to a good start! I also ordered a mask from Scott (which is amazing!) and also got in contact with a guy for a crown. I've been looking at thrift stores for used boots and gloves since I will be making a COTF Nihilus and the used items will already look worn and it will be way cheaper than buying new stuff. Look forward to your progress.

Hello I'm new to the forums here and I'm just starting to get all my info straight. I'm currently working on my TK for centurion. Since my TK is nearing completion I am starting to purchase darth Nihilus items. So far i have just the mask. The other day I found this light saber for sale $100 it looks cool but if it won't pass for approval I won't get it. Thoughts on it? Also looking forward to getting to know everyone.
