Honestly, if it is a little darker it isn't much issue in my mind. If it's super dark, you can even get some temporary hair wax in brown to make it lighter without commitment, and it washes out easy.

Nah, it's more just an aesthetic recommendation. The foam is there to create the puffy-yet-flat chest appearance as seen in the game, but the rough edge gives a line across when you move.

Looks fine to me. Only thing I'd recommend is maybe thinning or bevelling the foam under the top so the edge isn't so pronounced through the fabric.

Attach to the front permanently and use the back as a secure point like Velcro or whatnot.

Welcome! Also, having the ovals printed as a single piece will give you a better secure point for back and front, forgot to mention that!

They look fine enough. My only concerns are that you'd want to print the two half ovals on the lower section as a single oval so there isn't a seam, and then the outside of the vambraces don't have the strip along the length, just the inside. Easy fixes, though.
