After some downtime a few hours ago, an update has now been released for Elden Ring Nightreign, bringing the game up to version 1.01.1. This update should have an impact on all of the game’s current platforms, including PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. Players can expect a significant amount of changes following today’s update, including adjustments to the single-player mode and overall balance. However, the major focus this time around is on bug fixes. While Elden Ring Nightreign has only been available for a few days now, FromSoftware seems to have addressed a lot of issues already.

Elden Ring Nightreign puts a major focus on multiplayer content, and players should note that they will not be able to access online content until today’s new update has been downloaded. That’s pretty standard operating procedure at this point for most games, but if players are struggling to get online at any point today or this week, they should check to make sure that they’re using the most current version of the software. This should also require restarting the game and making sure that it has been fully applied. Once done correctly, players should see language at the bottom right corner of the title screen that reads App Ver. 1.01.1 and Regulation Ver 1.01.2. Full patch notes from the game’s official website can be found below:
