What is the correct diameter of the large o-ring of the Revan's belt?

It should be proportional to you, but the average size is ~5" diameter.

Ive started with 5in, but it's looks like small to me and I increase it to 6.5in, looks like better

Of course it's nees some hand sanding and some paint. Which color I should pain it?

 

Gray with varnish (frosted or not) or some kind of silver?
