Dark Revan approved SL 7830

Hi there,

 

I'm Rico From the 501st Belgium Fanwars Garrison.

Get actually a Bikerscout, Sandtrooper, Commander cody and Commander Shocktrooper. TB/CC/TD 7830 : http://www.501st.com/members/displaymember.php?userID=8436&costumeID=2

 

I wanna make a dark revan next weeks.

Get already some pieces in hands.

 

 

Helmet: I'm using the black and red*

A friend who get it ask me than i must to change the:

- Armor Bridge

- Fabric Drapes "more longer than mine actually"

- A grey upper strap: Belt with O-Ring

 

 

- I must to buying Boots and a new Hakama.

 

And witch light saber does i must to found too?

 

have you others ideas?

Mine are actually not all around my foreamrs just in front. But i think that's isn't accurate for the 501st...

And have you any links to buy the Dark revan saber too.

Update: I have bought vambraces froma  guys on the 501st board . There are ship normally get them next week.

 

I have made some details:

 

Job isn't finish but it's begining to be good

 

The little white things on the photos are the "Pin" **

 

Just need to found Boots now...  Anyone have a links for that?

The ring needs to be lower .. have a look at this image

 

 

see how the ring is actually under the ab plate

 

 

also im not to sure about the studs on the leather holding the rings 

 

you cant really see those in the game render

 

 

might look better if they are black so they blend in  with the leather

 

also the leather bits that are holding your ab ring seem to be one solid color and they are missing the  detail bit in grey while the rest of the  belt is black

I have checked via the library picture. And working via it:

 

 

 

About the O ring there is on the middle.

About the  6  Little Rings i have seen other revan who get a little black leather to fix the 6 little rings*

And on the library picture there aren't black leather to fix them... I can't remove my black leather and just fix the ring.

 

About the Grey parts i have change correctly the details like this, that's different than on my photo now.

Thing is that the library is a reference library.  it was the first  Revan to clear .. We have now upgraded to best match the 3d render of what you see in the game.. And is all down to your own Garrison GML to clear you depending on your garrison standards.

 

for example in mine  whats in the CRL is not good enough to clear. So i will suguest asking your GML whats is the standard in your Garrison. Mine requires to have a backplate  not sure in yours.

 

I never follow CRL when building a costume, i follow whats on the screen. but that's a personal choice.

 

because if you follow CRL you are following some ones work and not the stuff that's in  game 

 

with regards to sabers if you are going saberforge revan saber is  called fallen

Fallen is a great saber, it may be the one I go with, however I am partial to nocturn armoury is my fav. However he is not making them just the electronics for now you would have to provide the empty hilt.

I have remove the black studs on the leather holding the rings.

I have change the black* parts belt on full grey parts Belt and there are some details on the 2 grey parts nearly the O.

 

Normally all is Ok now. i must to waiting the vambraces than i have ordered.

 

i'll post picture when all will be finished.

The orings are part of the costume. so i would not remove them .. the black  studs do look better now  .. good job

Vambraces arriving this morning !!

Sweat - shirt with the line is finish too.

I must to fix vambraces and finished the gauntlets.

If you can shorten/bring the black bands holding the waist rings inside more that would be a good upgrade to have, I would even hide the rivet if you can manage to easily.

Yes i must do it tomorrow i have bought little silver wire* to fix to the  6  O-rings

Wow!!! Amazing job my friend, you looks great!!! I like very much the vambraces, so brilliant and new he he he he greetings

One thing  I would recommend is to get a t-shirt with  sleeves a bit baggier. in the game render the sleeves are not  like TK under suit. they are baggy and have folds
