Hi guys

 

Today I recived my armor

And there was some good news, and some bad news.

The good news is that it looks fantastic! He's done a great job and now it's only up to my boyfriend (TK-6202) to give them some battledamage (but not too much )

 

The bad news... sorry,. the REALLY BAD NEWS is that I had to pay F---ING €200 to be able to get my package from the postoffice.

All thanks to our lovely swedish customs.

 

Anyway, I made a test fit today, there's some stuff that I need to fix but I already knew that. Overall they're great and now I have everything I need (except for my airbrush, but it will soon arrive )

 

Here's a picture of all parts so far (EVERYTHING minus airbrush )

 

 

So, right now I'm very excited and will spend all of my spare time trying to get my boots done!!!

Hi guys!

 

So, after spending the entire night and day I have managed the impossible! I've made my own boots!!!

It took me forever and I stabbed myself twice in every finger during the work Even though I'm so tired I can't walk the boots are done YAY!

 

Thanks to Oscar all of my armor is now weathered and looks AWESOME!

 

Here is a little teaser pic of the boots and a little armor

 

 

What's left to do is the finishing touch of the templates for the tattoos so all fits together. And then when the airbrush arrives I will paint my lekkus and body painting tryout

Hi everyone

 

At last!!! Finally!! IT IS DONE!!! After spending the whole spring and summer researching, plannig and spending all my cash AND TIME on getting my Talon completed for Celebration I've finally managed the impossible!

Today I received an email from 501st, and gues what?! I GOT APPROVED!!!

 

What a relief ^^ I'm so happy I could die right now and I'm the 3rd 501st approved Darth Talon in the world!!!

And actually the 1st Darth Talon who got approved with the "hard (detailed) tatoos"

 

I'm really excited about getting to know all of you a little bit better now, when I can call myself a member of NG

 

Thanks so much for your support! It helped a lot before CE2 since it was in the last minute I got the costume done!

 

Also, since my first troop was CE2 I finally got to feel how it was to troop as Talon. And overall it felt quite nice, but now there's some small things that needs to be fixed til next time

Like I need to repaint my Lekku since the paint rubbed of from my back and modify my templates for the body paint a little bit so it looks better when I move

I now have fixed everything that I thought was wrong with the costume

 

And I am so happy cause Jan Duursema wrote me that my Talon looks awesome! And that I really got the details of the costume just right. She thinks I look perfect!

- So OMG noone could ever have said anything better about it ^^

 

I will shaer new photos with you guys after next weekend when it's time to be painted and suit up again as Talon
