I was thinking velcro too. But I don't know how to sew. Do you think if I glue a snap to the armor and snap the bottom cloth of the cowl it would hold in the mean time?

The one big problem I'm having is with the hood and how the shoulders keep riding up. Anyone have a solution for this?

Hey guys I'm Austin from Hollywood, Fl. I have been looking at the 501st for about a year but didn't know what costume I wanted to be. Finally I made the choice of being darth revan. I just got that big brown box from rob at MWA, so I'm here to get tips so it can 501st aproved!
